Central System Modeling (Pipe-flo or other similar programs)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
-
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in campus central utilities planning and/or design, preferably steam and chilled water

Experience with energy management, planning or designing projects

Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams to success

Valid Driver’s license required

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Working knowledge of MS Office

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Skills

Active Pennsylvania PE license preferred

Previous work with energy performance contracts preferred

Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD preferred
