Utilities Mechanical Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

•  System Design

•  Drawing Production

•  Central System Modeling (Pipe-flo or other similar programs)

•  Field survey

•  Data analysis

•  Report writing

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•  Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field

•  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in campus central utilities planning and/or design, preferably steam and chilled water

•  Experience with energy management, planning or designing projects

•  Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams to success

•  Valid Driver’s license required

•  Advanced proficiency in Excel

•  Working knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills

•  Active Pennsylvania PE license preferred

•  Previous work with energy performance contracts preferred

•  Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD preferred
