About the Role:
EnTech seeks a dynamic and experienced “Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development” to lead our HR functions and drive strategic initiatives that align with our company’s goal. This role will oversee all aspects of HR, including payroll, core HR operations and talent acquisition, while also spearheading Organizational Development (OD) efforts to enhance our culture, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record for implementing HR and OD initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- HR Leadership and Operations: Oversee HR functions like payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring policies are up-to-date and aligned with company values while managing HR systems for improved efficiency and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.
- Organizational Development (OD): Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture, conduct assessments for improvement, facilitate leadership development and team building, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR and OD strategies with business goals, execute initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity, and stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive in talent management.
- Employee Engagement and Communication: Develop programs to improve employee engagement and retention, establish communication channels for keeping employees informed, and address concerns to maintain a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track HR and OD metrics to measure initiative effectiveness, and provide leadership with regular reports on employee satisfaction, retention, and performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (PCCP) or equivalent Change Management Certification
- Proven experience Organizational Development (OD)
- Proficient in synthesizing complex ideas and information to develop organizational objectives and solutions.
- Strong analytical capability and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certification.
- HR experience in the A/E/C industry.
Estimated Annual Compensation:
$100,000 - $165,000
