EnTech seeks a Full-time “Project Engineer” for the New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle background checks and access approvals for contractors.
- Maintain communication with contractors and facility staff.
- Organize project meetings, agendas, minutes, and online meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks, including RFPs, office supplies, and security staffing.
- Manage and share schedules for various tasks and personnel.
- Oversee background checks and access approvals for site access.
- Maintain communication with contractors and facility contacts.
- Manage access approvals, gate passes, and other necessary documentation.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and related tasks.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including deliveries and general support.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working on both larger and smaller projects valued above $1 million.
- RFI tracking, contract document review, payment review and preparation.
- Knowledge of cost scheduling and change order review.
- A basic understanding of scheduling techniques.
- Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.
