EnTech Engineering, PC is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction management firm devoted to delivering best-in-class design and construction support services for infrastructure and facility projects that strengthen communities nationwide. Based in New York City, our firm is made of engineers, technologists, environmental scientists, construction professionals, and consultants who are passionate about improving the infrastructure, buildings, and communities that surround us.
About the role:
Our marketing team is a fast-paced, highly collaborative group. We try out new ideas constantly and we want to hear yours. You will be a critical part in taking EnTech to the next level. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive proposal professional with advanced written and verbal communication skills, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
- Coordination and production of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
- Marketing support activities, such as awards submissions and presentations
- Management and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
- Business development efforts including assistance with research, coordinating and registering for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
- Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
Your skill set should include:
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to work efficiently, manage and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, including editing and typography
- Creativity and the ability to conceptualize graphic solutions
- Ability to quickly learn (and improve) office practices, database, filing system, firm standards, etc.
$110,000-$140,000
