Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires effective communication with team members and clients, as well as the ability to coordinate various aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
