Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000Location: South Burlington, VT or Randolph, VT Position Type: Full Time / Full BenefitsJob Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced structural engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in managing complex projects across various sectors including commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, recreational, and government throughout New England.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the project development process from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee project finances, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, management, and colleagues.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance for their professional development and career growth.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver integrated project solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) License in Vermont (VT) or New Hampshire (NH), or ability to obtain within 6-12 months is preferred.
