Responsibilities :
As the Vice President Business Development, North America, you’ll spearhead our growth initiatives and lead a high-performing team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Here’s where you’ll make an impact :
- Drive Expansion : Originate and develop growth opportunities (M&A, greenfield, and brownfield projects) across the U.S. and Canada, aligning with our strategic vision for LFG and renewables.
- Shape Strategy : Leverage market insights to refine and execute our North America Growth Plan, staying ahead of industry trends and fostering innovation.
- Build Relationships : Forge and nurture connections with key stakeholders—customers, partners, and industry groups—while negotiating game-changing commercial agreements.
- Lead with Purpose : Inspire and mentor a diverse team, collaborating with the North American Leadership Team and presenting to our Global Executive Leadership Team.
- Champion Safety & Excellence : Lead by example, ensuring safety and high standards in everything we do.
