Service Dispatcher

Job Description We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, enthusiastic individual that wants to be a team player in a full time dispatch position for the commercial Mechanical Service Division. You will be dispatching service technicians to service calls and routine maintenance as required.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Responsible for processing work orders including phone/digital receiving of service requests, data entry, and maintaining correspondence with customers.
• Answer service calls and take down all necessary information and give to the proper technician
• Dispatch service calls that apply to your techs – follow through on all calls to make sure all paperwork is completed properly
• Know the location of each assigned tech and what assignment they are working on
• Maintain and develop customer relations to drive customer satisfaction by reviewing customer and provider solutions to questions/concerns as well as responding to special requests.
• Make appointments
• Work with your techs to complete their weekly assignments
• Update at meetings on all jobs that have been assigned to one of your techs
• Backup for reception
• Backup other dispatchers
• Filing

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc
• Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
