Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Manage the client renewal process
Identify and resolve claims, billing, and administrative issues
Conduct in-person and virtual benefits learning sessions
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of experience in Client Success Management or related role
2-5 years of experience in Benefits, HR, or Account Management
Strong understanding of customer service principles
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Insurance license (Health and Life) required
Compensation:
$65,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
