Entech Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Account Documentation Analyst (PALS) to analyze complex account documentation for high-value client relationships. This role involves ensuring procedural, legal, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance for deposit account openings, changes, and servicing across all 50 states and international requests. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume processing, averaging 6,000 accounts monthly, and demonstrate proficiency in reviewing intricate documentation, escalating issues as needed, and utilizing various internal and external systems.
Responsibilities :
Analyze new and existing account requests for complex entities (acquisitions, trusts, etc.) to ensure compliance.
Review and interpret complex legal and financial documentation.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics in a high-volume environment.
Gather information from various sources to resolve regulatory and compliance issues.
Prepare and process account documentation using internal systems and Microsoft Office.
Handle diverse servicing requests, including debit cards, transfers, and account closures.
Perform due diligence and prepare required documentation.
Scan and validate account documentation for legal repositories.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High School / GED and 3 years of customer service experience in a financial services industry.
4 years of general customer service experience.
1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Windows-based applications.
Preferred :
- Bachelor's degree or 100 college credits and 4 years of banking / financial customer service experience.
Additional Details :
Location : Farmington Hills, MI
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Pay rate : $20 / hr
Hybrid work schedule, with 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days remote.
Contract position with potential for extension.
Ability to process a high volume of work, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
