We're seeking dedicated Part Production Operators to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position with a desirable 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 5 : 00 am start). While the work involves operating production machinery and ensuring quality control, it's more than just pushing buttons. You'll be an integral part of the production process, responsible for everything from inventory control and machine operation to part inspection and basic maintenance. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed, and if youre eager to learn and committed to doing your best, we'll work with you to grow your career.
What You'll Do :
Operate and maintain production machinery (lathes, grinders, mills, etc.).
Ensure high-quality product output by adhering to specifications and tolerances.
Conduct precise measurements of finished parts.
Maintain accurate production logs and records.
Perform basic equipment inspection, adjustments, and maintenance.
Adhere to 5S housekeeping standards.
Rework parts, utilizing cleaning solutions like acetone.
