Job Position : Trust Analyst
Location : Farmington Hills, MI 48331
Description :
Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of DDA, General Ledger, and Global Plus Suspense accounts.
Identify and investigate discrepancies, variances, and outstanding items within reconciliation reports.
Research and resolve reconciliation issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of reconciliation processes and findings.
Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills to manipulate data, create reports, and perform analysis.
Collaborate with other finance and accounting team members to ensure efficient and effective reconciliation processes.
Adhere to established internal controls and compliance requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reconciliation procedures.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in account reconciliation, preferably within a financial services environment.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
