Responsibilities
Assists with the development of an Appian Case Management solution. Partners with product owners and SMEs to understand and develop requirements in Appian. Provides advanced level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases, under general direction. Submits relevant change control documentation, and elevates code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Prepares and presents product-related documentation.
Qualifications
- 8 years of industry experience with strong experience in Appian development / support
- Production support of Appian instances
- Experience with integration with AWS services, such as S3
- Experience designing and supporting complex workflows
- Experience integrating with third party systems
- Experience with API integrations in Appian
- Experience with case management use cases in Appian
- Experience designing and implementing Appian databases
- Experience working on Agile delivery teams
- Appian certifications preferred
