Entech is hiring an Java/AWS Developer for a financial services client. This is a Onsite role that involves working onsite in Malvern, PA - 5 days per week.
Responsibilities The candidate will be working to help provide production support for our portfolio management and trading crew, capital markets, security lending, data (benchmark and security reference) and Investment book of records teams. Supported Java applications are a mix of built and bought software, SaaS solutions, modern AWS microservice architectures and monoliths.The ideal candidate brings a blend of business and technical acumen. An understanding of the portfolio management / trading life cycle is ideal as is an understanding of and ability to troubleshoot technical and business issues.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Java/AWS Developer.
- Must have expert knowledge/experience in AWS
- Will be dealing with Production support - bug fixes/system issues etc
- Background in Investment/trade industry would ideal
- Strong Troubleshoot experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
