Position Summary
Entech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and standardize project execution across a $12M portfolio. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, financial targets, and client commitments while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Certifications
- PMP and/or PgMP Required
Experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in IT Managed Services.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
- ConnectWise experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized program management frameworks.
- Oversee project execution to meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues.
- Collaborate with executives, clients, and internal teams to align expectations.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.
- Track program KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong program and project management expertise.
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in an MSP environment ($12M P&L responsibility).
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
