M-F / Onsite
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to lead site planning and development, including grading, drainage, zoning, and utility coordination for various projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of site development projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- PE License highly preferred
- 3 years of experience in site development design and engineering for commercial, industrial, healthcare, or education projects
- Proficiency in Civil 3D for site development projects
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management for civil engineering projects
- Civil design and engineering experience for pharmaceutical projects
- Knowledge of municipal applications, permits, code review, and site plan approval processes
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop site plans, including grading, drainage, zoning, and utility layouts
- Assist clients with budgeting and planning activities
- Prepare schematic designs, perspective drawings, layouts, drafting, and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Participate in the engineering proposal process
- Coordinate with clients throughout project duration
- Assist with project close-outs and documentation
