What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer - NX position at Entegee?
Role:
* CNC Programmers needed with expertise in NX and 5Axis (some true some 3 2) primarily milling
- Determine the most efficient method of machining using efficient tool paths, techniques and tooling.
- Write clear and thorough setup instructions on tool lists and setup sketches.
- Verify all programs written using Vericut to review for completeness and obvious errors (wrong geometry, tool crashes, etc).
- Utilize defined standard tooling packages as much as possible on specified machining cells.
- Conform to all requirements of Quality System and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS-9100, for example).
Experience:
- 3 years experience 5-axis programming for Milling
- * 3 years on NX
- 3 years experience using Vericut verification software or equivalent.
- Able to read/interpret engineering drawings and work instruction.
