What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Entegee?
This position would lead the design and construction firm to complete approx $20M of construction, get user requirements from our customers and lead the execution. The person must be an engineer with a minimum of 15 yrs of experience.
BS Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Managing Large Capital projects – 20-100 Million dollar project
Client is working with Architectural / Engineering Firm. This candidate will act as Liaison with with client and firm to provide engineering / design leadership and answer questions and review drawings and blueprints.
Must be able to read engineering, construction drawings and provide final reviews and approvals.
Client has standards that the firm must adhere to and candidate will review drawing to make sure they meet the standards.
Experience working in Med / pharma / life science facilities is a big plus, but large construction projects experience will also work.
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once, this project will is a large projects with multiple sub – projects.
15 year of experience.
PE License is a plus.
