Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Commercial/industrial construction background required (not residential)
- Experience with HVAC controls required
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Familiarity with project schedules, budgets, and safety procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HVAC system and controls installation in new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain safety standards and enforce job site regulations
- Monitor work progress and address any construction challenges
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
