About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support to customers and dealers in the mining industry. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve product-related issues, analyze field data to drive product enhancements, and support Field Representatives during the commissioning of new mining products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to customers and dealers in the mining industry.
- Analyze field data to drive product enhancements for both new and existing mining products.
- Support Field Representatives during the commissioning of new mining products and facilitate follow-up meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulic and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Unigraphics/NX preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and simultaneously.
- Willingsness to travel up to 30% of the time, often with short notice.
