Seeking an HSE Lead to implement and improve health, safety, and environmental processes ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA, Title V permitting, Prop 65
- First Aid and CPR training preferred
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain HSE management system processes
- Monitor compliance with internal and external HSE standards
- Represent company in governmental audits and inspections
- Manage HSE risks including hazardous materials analysis
- Conduct HSE training for new employees and refreshers
- Investigate incidents to identify root causes and preventive actions
