Facilities Project Manager

- BS degree in engineering preferably electrical engineering
- project management experience
- EPC experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. A minimum of five years of industrial processes design experience and possesses an overall technical understanding in the areas of process, mechanical, electrical, controls, civil/structural/architectural design, as well as a level of specialty within one or more of these disciplines.
2. Microsoft Project, Excel, and specialized skills using project management software applications is required.
3. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering with a minimum 15 years of progressively responsible project design, project execution and management experience.
4. Experienced in managing EPC type projects. Has a demonstrated progressive career path which shows increased skills and abilities in these areas.
5. Understanding at a level commensurate with leading a multidiscipline technical team.
6. Membership in construction management organizations (PMI, CII, CMAA, etc.) including committee participation and certifications is desired
