Electrical Engineer Job Description
The Electrical Engineer plays a pivotal role in the development, production, and maintenance of electrical and control systems throughout the product life cycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical and controls sub-systems that meet international standards (specifically Canada).
- Maintain and upgrade systems installed in the field, documenting revision changes accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial electrical and control system development, manufacture, and support.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
- Experience designing electrical panels using CAD software to create schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
- Proficiency in electrical instrumentation (Oscilloscope, DVM, Power Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers).
