Job Requirements:
Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a Manufacturing Plant
Proficiency in AutoCAD for design assistance
Knowledge of OSHA programs, MSDS management, and Environmental regulations
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and quality control related to fixtures and gauges
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct Maintenance Technicians and Upgraders
Maintain daily job assignments and evaluate Preventative Maintenance results
Assist departments with maintenance needs or support
Provide design assistance for fixtures, machines, tools, and seat assemblies using AutoCAD
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and enforce safety rules consistently
Train new associates on health and safety performance
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
