Job Description
The NDT Level II Technician will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing and inspections at a manufacturing facility in Alton, IA.
Responsibilities:
- Perform NAS410 Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to verify material properties and detect defects.
- Inspect composite materials using infrared thermography (IRT) and other techniques as needed.
- Conduct bond line inspections to ensure quality control standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a related field.
- NAS410 UT level 2 certification required.
- Preferred qualifications include composites inspection, infrared thermography (IRT), and bond line inspection experience.
- Must have documented on-the-job training (OJT) and classroom hours.
- US Citizenship is required for ITAR compliance.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift. Pay Rate: $40 per hour, based on experience (1.5X for OT).
