Summary: Seeking a skilled Mid-Level Fanuc Programmer and Integration Specialist with experience in Fanuc programming, fixture design, and PLC integration for automation of manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Fanuc systems and programming
- Strong understanding of assembly, waterjet, and router head applications
- Experience in PLC integration and fixture design
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Solidworks for fixture design
- US Citizens or Permanent residents ONLY.
Responsibilities:
- Program and operate Fanuc-controlled machinery for various applications
- Design and integrate fixturing for enhanced machine operations
- Collaborate to optimize manufacturing processes
- Implement and maintain PLC systems for automation integration
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fanuc programming and PLC systems
- Document procedures for system integration
