Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Performs design and development of power converters incorporating modern topologies to achieve high performance at reasonable cost.
- Program digital signal processors (TI C2000 Delfino series MCU) for power converter control, including control for bidirectional converters.
- Work includes the design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of electronic apparatus, components, or circuits for use within electronics and/or aerospace equipment, devices, and systems.
Qualifications:
- BSEE, or related technical bachelor s degree
- At least 5 years industry experience electronics power conversion product design and manufacturing
- Design high reliability, high power AC-DC & DC-DC power converters and power sub-systems for applications including radar, directed energy, and military more electric vehicles.
Analog circuit and digital design for power conversion products
- Experience with design of bi-directional power converters using digital design / code development for digital signal processor preferred.
Desired:
- High power and vehicle electrification exp nice to have
- Advanced degree (MSEE / PhD) in power electronics with relevant published research
