Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, fabricate, and improve AirSCWO systems within an industrial environment.
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 3 years experience in water/wastewater industry or hydrothermal operations
- Experience in manufacturing processes, CNC milling, pipe bending, and press brake
- Proficiency in CAM, CAD or Solidworks
- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of pressure vessel codes and standards
- Understanding of material science and metallurgy
- Hands-on experience with valves, instrumentation, and pumps
- Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products and mock-ups
- Evaluate manufacturing processes for improvements
- Apply product design knowledge to manufacturing
- Perform value engineering tasks
- Contribute to P&IDs, PFDs, design models, and drawings
- Assist fabrication team during system construction
