Entegee is looking for a dedicated Design for Manufacturing Specialist to join our product development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that new products are designed with manufacturability in mind, reducing production costs and improving product quality.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product designs to identify potential manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design for manufacturability (DFM) strategies.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with DFM guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in product development, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and other relevant software tools.
