Supplier Quality Engineer - Based in Newport News, VA
50% travel in US, Canada, and Mexico
Indefinite contract, potential for direct hire
US Citizenship or Green Card required
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering
- 4 years of supplier quality experience
- Advanced knowledge/ experience with PCB, PBAs, electronics, wafers or connectors
- IPC-600, IPC- 610, IPC-620 Knowledge certification
- Root cause analysis/ Problem solving / Lean / Six Sigma acumen
- Knowledge of quality tools FAIR, PPAP, APQP, 8D etc.
- Knowledge of Automotive, Medical, Aerospace &/or Industrial standards (IATF, AS, ISO, etc.)
