Job Summary:
Seeking a Supply Planning Manager with expertise in SAP and JDA/Blue Yonder, and prior managerial experience, to lead and optimize supply chain operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- 5-10 years of Supply Planning experience in a consumer product manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in Supply Planning & Analysis
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and JDA/Manugistics planning systems
- Prior managerial experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Financial cost analysis experience
- Advanced degree or MBA
- IBP, APICS, or SCOR Certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) customer service order fulfillment objectives while maintaining inventory levels within targets
- Develop and oversee master production plans based on sales forecasts
- Monitor and adjust master production plans to optimize resource utilization and meet demand
- Oversee deployment and rebalancing of finished stock across distribution networks and third-party co-packers
- Lead Supply Planning activities for new product launches, product restages, and cost savings initiatives
- Manage finished good inventory levels and lead monthly meetings on Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) stock
- Facilitate the Supply Review (SR) in the EBP process and provide supply planning insights during Management Business Reviews
- Maintain SAP and JDA system processes, item master data, and planning system parameters
- Lead the Annual Business Plan process for Fem Care with cross-functional teams
- Lead and direct departmental personnel, including performance management and development plans
Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
