The Regional Territory Manager (RTM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and relationship-building.
- Implement a structured follow-up process to maintain engagement with prospects.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Athletic Directors, Parks & Recreation Directors, Club Presidents, and Turf Managers.
- Accurately record sales activities in the CRM for forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and sales support.
- Strong presentation skills for product demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

- Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening before the start date.
- Must meet fleet insurance eligibility requirements.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while traveling and lift up to 50 lbs.
