We are seeking an Operations Administration Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring seamless administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review employee timesheets and daily workorders.
- Tracking of employee attendance, training files, and updates to employee files.
- Provide administrative support setting up interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Setup and oversight of client specific trainings and required jobsite qualifications.
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, such as, scheduling / dispatching work crews and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and refine operational processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Update and maintain operational databases and records.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, self-managing, and shows high degree of initiative.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Position Detail / Benefits Include:
- In person work from 7am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday, from our offices in Lost Creek, WV.
- Ability to answer phone calls after hours if reached out to.
