Responsibilities
Safety & Quality Compliance
- Expectation of a zero-harm work environment ensuring all HSE policies and procedures are within compliance including OHSA (regional specific), customer requirements, and internal requirements.
- Participate in safety meetings ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Employ Human and Organization Performance (HOP) principles to achieve desired outcomes and culture.
- Drive daily housekeeping and Maintain shop equipment ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective work team environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects throughout the Operations organization with the end goal of improving customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and cost savings and update standard operating procedures for constant improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback on ILI tool parts and equipment to Engineering enabling continuous improvement and increased reliability.
- Manage inventory to correct on-hand levels and minimize variance. Ensure quarterly & year-end Inventory counts are completed
- Review run schedule (global) and forecast required inventory needs. Order and track delivery of items.
- Create and maintain inventory levels for spare part kits for each fixed ILI tool asset.
- Maintain inventory systems including transactions, purchase orders, minimum reorder point levels, etc.
- Maintain shop and field consumables inventory levels.
- Ship and receive equipment from various locations globally ensuring on-time delivery and no lost packages.
- Manage logistics for on-time delivery and cost control.
- Performs other assigned tasks.
- Build customer relationships internally and externally through understanding operational expectations and execution to meet and/or exceed those expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring the best pricing and on-time delivery.
- Preferably 2 years of ILI experience
- Ability to use analytical skills to schedule field execution including safety, equipment, geographic, etc.
- Knowledge of and ability to implement logistical best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of inventory and ability to implement inventory control systems and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (exec, word, outlook, share point, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work alone and as a team depending on the job requirements.
- Minimum: High School or equivalent.
- Preferred 2-year College and Technical Electronic Degree.
