This role offers an hourly payrate with career progression and is benefits eligible.
Position Summary :
An ILI Field Technician is responsible for building, testing, and setup of the ILI tool and support equipment under the direction of the Field Superintendent. They will also assist and provide support of the field execution and post run reports of the in-line inspection. The position requires extensive travel and reports to the Director of Operations. The home base for this position is in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure safety is put first in the execution of all tasks and processes
- Follow documented processes and procedures to build and prepare in line inspection tools and support equipment
- Assist in prepping, launching, and receiving of in line inspection tools
- Clean, refurbish, and maintain in line inspection tool after the completion of a job
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required
- Responsible for the transportation of the in-line inspection tool and equipment to job site
- Accurately complete electronic and / or hardcopy job related documents
- Prepare expense reports for them to be reimbursed in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings
- Operational Excellence : Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
- Additional Duties : Perform all other duties as assigned.
