Entegris is looking to hire a Full-Time Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team in Billerica, MA, or Chaska, MN location.
The Trade Compliance Specialist will support the Entegris Trade Compliance Program by adhering to the US Government export control laws and regulations, coordinating export compliance activities, providing clear direction to shipping personnel on AES & audit requirements, interfacing with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other functional areas to ensure compliant review of shipments.
Position Hours - Coverage until 6:00 CST / 7:00 EST Hybrid Schedule - onsite 2-3 days in the office (onboarding period entirely onsite 2-3 weeks)
In this role, you will,
- Submit EEI filings through GTS or ACE
- Manage GTS compliance, release blocked documents, and resolve issues with customer service, product management, and shipping.
- Support U.S. export license process, collaborating with international customer service. Manage licenses in GTS.
- Assist with Import Audits and reviews
- Assist with Free Trade Agreement Certificates and Duty Drawback programs as needed
- Review and follow standard procedures to ensure compliance.
- Assist with updating EtQ documents.
- Stay current on regulation developments, understand the regulatory requirements, and assess the actions/changes required to keep compliance.
- Reconcile import-export issues.

- Traits we believe make a strong candidate
- 5 or more years of work experience in international business, trade compliance field, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with EAR, ITAR, DEA, & FDA regulations
- Understanding of export and import commodity classifications and EEI filings.
- SAP and GTS experience preferred Advanced in Microsoft 365 applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Knows & applies the fundamental concepts of HTS classification, ECCN, and use of SAP/GTS to manage US Trade Compliance.
- Provides clear direction to shipping personnel on AES & audit requirements.
