Entek, a leading residential, commercial and industrial HVAC contractor with offices in Longview, WA and Vancouver, WA, is looking to add to their sales team a talented, experienced, and self-motivated Commercial Salesperson. This role will be heavily engaged in plan/spec bidding of HVAC projects in markets across Oregon and Washington. Entek has a reputation as a relationship driven company so a successful candidate will have experience fostering existing and building new customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Actively follow designated bid boards to find plan/spec projects that fit Entek’s desired type of work and geographic locations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their HVAC needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized HVAC systems tailored to their specifications and budget.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and estimates to clients, clearly outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution from design to installation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide innovative and efficient solutions to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial HVAC sales bidding design/build and plan/spec.
- A natural enthusiasm for selling and is excited about getting meetings, close deals, and amaze prospective customers.
- A self-starter, always looking to expand your skills and grow both professionally and personally.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial sales projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as HubSpot. NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $75,000 to $115,000 base (depending on experience) plus gross profit-based commission
