ENTEK is seeking applications for an D365 Developer to join us on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon location (relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required).
The D365 Developer will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional to deliver high-quality business applications, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and technical standards.
Key responsibilities for the D365 Developer include:
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 applications.
- Lead development of business logic, workflows, integrations, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Build and maintain data integrations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
- Customize user interfaces and business processes.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in Dynamics 365.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and compliant.
- Stay updated with Dynamics 365 features and recommend improvements.
- Adhere to safety procedures and Lean manufacturing practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and implementation with a focus on customizations and integrations.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Web API and SDK.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and project management.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 security models, workflows, plugins, custom actions, and business rules.
- Hands-on experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and Azure-based tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Advanced math skills, (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, algebra and statistics), required.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and development practices (Azure, cloud architecture, etc.).
- Satisfactory results from a pre-employment drug screen.
- Satisfactory results from a pre-employment background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Developer, etc.).
- Experience with AX 2012 development, integrations, and customizations.
- Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate for business process automation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in data migration and data management strategies for Dynamics 365.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing processes.
Working Environment
The hours for this role are Monday-Friday Starting at 7:00 am. This role requires some travel.
This role is in an office setting and frequently requires sitting, working at a computer, hearing, reaching, and completing tasks that require use of hands and fingers for extended periods of time. The incumbent will occasionally be required to stand, walk, and may occasionally need to kneel, crouch, and climb stairs. If this role requires visiting the plant and/or shop floors, wearing eye and hearing protection will be required. The role requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
