- Lead initiatives to maximize production efficiency and minimize variances by implementing Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM), scrap factors, and production routings while conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure compliance with safety policies while collaborating with production, operations, and quality teams.
