Entelli Consulting seeks a highly skilled Production Optimization Specialist to drive process improvement and operational excellence in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and experience with process optimization, statistical process controls, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and minimize variances.
- Implement Statistical Process Controls (SPC) to ensure safety, quality, and cost control.
- Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM), scrap factors, and production routings.
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and 5S.
- Experience with MRP/ERP, MES, PLC, SPC software, and database programming.
- Background in batch chemical manufacturing, Process Safety Management, and project management.
- Familiarity with MS SharePoint and PowerBI is a plus.
