What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing marketing automation and CRM processes to drive efficiency, lead generation, and overall marketing performance. Working closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams, you will ensure that our marketing systems and processes align with business goals and provide actionable insights to enhance growth efforts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and email automation to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Lead & Data Management: Ensure CRM data integrity, segmentation, and proper attribution of marketing efforts.
- Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve marketing processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into marketing performance, campaign ROI, and lead conversion rates.
- Technology & Tools: Support the implementation and integration of marketing technology tools, ensuring they are optimized for business needs.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Assist with A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus).
- Understanding of marketing automation, CRM management, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and interpret marketing data.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid media, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
