Entellus is seeking a Project Manager/Construction Manager (PM/CM) in our Phoenix, AZ office for civil infrastructure projects such as water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines. Project Managers generally serve as the "Owner's Representative" for municipal and private projects and will oversee the construction administration and inspection team, including a construction inspector. The position involves interfacing with contractors, project team members, clients, and other technical experts to ensure each project is built according to plans and specifications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of one or more construction administration/inspection contracts.
- Directs and supervises work of project administration, special inspectors, and sub-consultants, including engineers, architects, surveyors, and construction materials/quality control laboratories.
- Coordinates work with engineers to establish priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, prime contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Is involved in preparing cost estimates and assisting in the development and/or review of submittals.
- Serves as liaison between project engineer, field staff, and clients.
- Provides oversight of construction projects, ensuring adherence to contract and subcontract terms, performance, quality assurance, compliance requirements, and engineering specifications.
- Assists with completing inspections and obtaining certifications.
- Reviews and prepares pay applications and change orders
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
- 3 years of experience supervising field and office technicians on public works construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
- PE License or the ability to obtain one in six months (preferred).
- Proven track record in client account management, relationship development, and supervision of field and office staff.
- Alternate project delivery (Design/Build, CMGC, CMAR, P3) experience is desirable.
- Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to solve complex construction conflicts.
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful client relations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule, and construction quality assurance/control teams.

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
