Entellus, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our Stormwater & Drainage team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with other Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other staff to perform the following duties:
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, including 2-D modeling.
- Perform floodplain mapping and delineations.
- Evaluate drainage issues and develop creative solutions.
- Help develop drainage master plans.
- Design drainage facilities, including culverts, storm drains, and more.
- Perform research, synthesize data, and write reports.
- Assist in client contact and communications for projects and tasks.
- Attend client meetings.
- Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
- May be expected to perform fieldwork.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field required.
- 7 years of experience with stormwater projects.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) License or ability to pass the PE exam within 12 months of employment.
- Excellent written and communication skills and strong math and science skills.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project software.
- Familiarity with ESRI ArcMap.
- Experience using HEC-RAS, FLO-2D.
- Experience with other hydrology & hydraulics programs is a bonus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil3D is also desirable.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if required.
- Flexibility to work partially remotely is also an option.

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
