Position Overview:
Entera Branding is a leading national signage and branding manufacturing company located in Panama City, FL. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting and HR Assistant. This position will support the accounting department with essential financial tasks and assist with various human resources duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry.
- Support with accounts payable functions.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in preparing year-end financial statements and support audits.
- Help manage payroll processing and maintain employee payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
HR Duties:
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Provide general support in employee relations and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive HR information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, HR, or a related administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
