Through our custommade tech (Re)Activation Cloud we communicate with players around the world to promote our clients platforms while making sure they play responsibly!
We are looking for an Italian Speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Gzira Malta.
What youll be doing :
- Making outbound calls to engage with players from varioussportsbook and casino brands.
- Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
- Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games features and payment methods that enhance the sports betting / gambling experience.
- Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.
