Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Evaluates condition of oil filled equipment and makes repair recommendations.
- Complete repairs to equipment according to established operating procedures.
- Operate powered industrial trucks and jib cranes to handle equipment.
- Properly label and package equipment according to Entergy specifications for shipment to end user.
- Conduct field repair and testing. Also perform repair and calibrations on more complex devices.
- Follows safety rules and regulations and assists shop crew to meet daily goals.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum education required of the position
High school degree or equivalent.

1 - 2 years of industrial repair shop experience
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Of The Position
- Familiar with nomenclature of electrical materials, able to perform basic math calculations, some knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements.
- Must be able to operate powered industrial trucks and small cranes. Must have valid driver’s license.
