Role Overview :
Enterpret is seeking an innovative and experienced Head of People Operations to lead and shape our most critical asset-our team and culture. In this role, you'll act as the architect of our internal organization, owning the strategies and initiatives that empower our team to thrive in a high-growth environment. From talent planning and organizational design to fostering a culture of candid feedback and transparency, you will build and scale the foundation for Enterpret's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Collaborate with leadership on talent planning, organizational design, retention strategies, and change management.
Lead efforts to design a culture of transparency, candid feedback, and meritocracy.
Build scalable processes for hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
Skills and Qualifications :
7-10 years of experience in People Operations or HR, with deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
Analytical and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
