Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced professional to provide day-to-day operational management of our branch. The successful candidate will ensure that the branch adheres to bank policies and procedures, supervise branch personnel, and provide leadership and guidance to enhance associate engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of new account desks and teller/servicing areas
- Provide coaching to associates, create schedules, and address service breakdowns
- Work with the Manager on hiring employees and performance issues
- Monitor and provide coaching on cross-selling, referral goals, and overall branch performance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures pertaining to branch operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years banking experience required
- Skilled in operation of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and Salesforce
