About the Role :
The Financial Services Representative will be the friendly face of our bank, providing excellent customer service while handling account openings and teller transactions. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers in opening new accounts for both commercial and consumer clients, understanding their needs and making suitable product recommendations.
Manage all teller duties, including client transactions and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries via phone and in person while resolving any issues promptly.
Participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge of our banking products and services.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment, working collaboratively to reach branch goals.
Follow all security and compliance policies to safeguard client information.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and numerical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of bank operations, products, and regulations.
- Customer service experience is essential.

Work Schedule :
Monday - Friday : 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Rotating Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM
