Job Description
This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Cross-training in and performing personal banking activities consisting of offering a full range of banking products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Participating in sales initiatives and promoting bank products and services to customers.
